We only ship within Turkey. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to all countries. Our other shipping places information will be shared soon.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Otto Feelings will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
